Years 2/3 study electricity this term

This term in Science the children will explore Electricity by discussing the everyday objects that use electricity, constructing circuits using a light, battery and switch and finally represent electrical circuits in drawings using electrical symbols.

Reading with your child

Spending 10-20 mins listening to your child read every day really does make a massive difference to their reading ability. This works best if you talk about what has been read afterwards.

Term 4 Geography Topic for Year 1

Reception class visit Kennington Post Office

Our Reception class visited the Kennington Post Office during February. The children learnt about how to be safe on there way to the Post Office and what happens in a Post Office.
